All orders sent either within the UK or to Europe will incur a flat rate Postage & Packing fee of £3.00. All UK orders are posted Royal Mail and European orders via Royal Mail Airmail.
Items marked out of stock at the time of order are marked * * * and will be placed on backorder. If the item required is in stock in the USA it will be added to the next shipment (1-2 weeks). If the item is out of stock in the USA, delivery will be 2-4 weeks and you will be notified by email. If the delay is too long, you have the option to cancel the order.
No debit or credit cards are charged unless goods are available for dispatch.
All goods carry a full exchange, or refund guarantee providing the items are returned in perfect condition within 10 working days. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to Alpha Factor UK. Please obtain proof of posting from your chosen postal office. Please Note - Orders
Placed during November & December maybe returned for refund,
exchange or credit following Christmas providing they are received by
January 8th.
We recommend that you obtain
proof of posting as you, the customer, are responsible for any returned
goods until they reach our warehouse. Any items that are deemed faulty must be returned within 12 weeks of the original purchase date.
Please take the greatest care when washing your Alpha Factor garments.
Ensure that instructions on the label inside the garment are followed.
Please be aware that metallic fabrics and prints are novelty items with limited durability. They may fade with continued wear and washing.
These fabrics may not perform to the same standards of our solid and print lycras and velours.
